Make your next run count

Training log

Record your runs on this device and follow your weekly totals.

Add each run's date, distance and time, with an optional note about the session. See your weekly distance, run count, total time and average pace together. Entries stay in this browser on this device; download a CSV to keep a copy or open your runs in a spreadsheet.

Weekly summaries group your runs from Monday to Sunday and calculate average pace from total time divided by total distance. Switch between kilometres and miles to read the same saved runs in either unit.

Your training log

Weekly totals run from Monday to Sunday.

No runs saved yet. Add your first run with the form.

Runs stay in this browser on this device and are never sent anywhere. Clearing your browser data deletes them, so download a CSV to keep a copy. Average pace is total time divided by total distance.

behind this tool.

Log your runs

  1. Choose kilometres or miles, then enter the date, distance and time of your run.
  2. Add a note if you like, then select Add run to save it in this browser.
  3. Read your weekly totals and average pace, and delete any run you entered by mistake.
  4. Download a CSV file to keep a copy or open it in a spreadsheet, or print your log.

A worked example

  • Runs of 5 km, 8 km and 10 km in the same Monday-to-Sunday week give a weekly total of 23 km.
  • The CSV for those runs has a header row and three run rows.

How this tool works

Each run is saved only in this browser's storage on this device. Nothing you type is sent to a server. Clearing your browser data, or using Delete my data, removes your runs.

Weeks run from Monday to Sunday. Each week shows total distance, number of runs, total time and average pace.

Average pace = total time / total distance for the week, so longer runs count for more than an average of each run's pace would give.

Runs entered in kilometres or miles can be shown in either unit, using exactly 1 mile = 1.609344 km. The CSV uses the unit selected when you download it.
